Gladys Gusha, owner of Piece of Cake, has been in the culinary industry for 35 years. She was trained in all aspects of European and French baking at the Culinary School of Washington, D.C. and the Albert Uster French Pastry School. She specialized in French pastry confectionery and wedding cakes at the Hyatt Hotel in Washington.
